Special Apple Snacks
- 4 granny smith apples
- 14 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Peel the apples and cut them into 1/4" thick rings or slices.
- Dip the slices in pineapple juice for 1 minute.
- Place the dipped apples on a mesh screen positioned on a dehydrator tray.
- Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the apples.
- Dry for 6 to 10 hours at 135F until crisp.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
