Pickled Pigs Feet Recipe

  1. Split pigs feet.
  2. Scrub thoroughly and cover with cool water.
  3. Add in the vinegar and bring to the boiling point.
  4. Skim off scum which rises to top.
  5. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hrs.
  6. cold in liquid and serve cool.
