Proscuitto Wrapped Focaccia, Tomato and Bocconcini Skewers

  1. Wrap each cube of foccacia with half a slice of proscuitto.
  2. Slide the items on the skewers as follows: bread, basil, tomato, bocconcini, and repeat, ending with the bread.
  3. If made ahead, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.
  4. Drizzle with the balsamic just before serving.
