Baked pasta
- 1 bag (16 oz) wheat rotini noodles
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) tomatoes
- 1 jar (15 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 2 jar (15 oz each) tomato sauce
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 chinese hot peppers ( adds a kick)
- 3 pounds ground meat
- 3 cups cheese ( any you prefer)
- to taste Thyme, red pepper flakes, lemon pepper, cinnamon and garlic, parsley, salt
- Preheat oven to 350AF
- Cook noodles on medium high and drain completely when done
- In a skillet add some oil and onions cook till transculent.
- Than add the garlic, a little dash of thyme, cinnamon, peppers and the ground meat.
- Cook till meat is brown, than add dice tomatoes and sauce.
- Yum Yum
- When sauce starts to bubble transfer it to a pot with your noodles than mix throughly.
- Pepare a casserole baking dish and pour the greatness evenly coating every corner.
- And sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cook in oven for 25-30 min
