Apricot Caramel Macadamia Bars

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Spray bottom and sides of 9-inch square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  3. Combine butter and brown sugar in large bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy.
  4. Reduce speed to low; add 1 cup flour and oats.
  5. Beat until well mixed.
  6. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture.
  7. Press remaining mixture into prepared pan; top with apricots and nuts.
  8. Combine ice cream topping and 2 tablespoons flour in small microwave-safe bowl.
  9. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) until bubbly (30 to 45 seconds); stir.
  10. Pour over apricots and nuts.
  11. Top with reserved oat mixture.
  12. Bake for 16 to 19 minutes or until top is light golden brown.
  13. Cool completely; cut into bars.
