Chicken and Green Bean Casserole

  1. Combine cooked rice and parsley in 8 x 12 inch baking pan with spoon.
  2. Press rice up sides and over bottom to form crust.
  3. Combine chicken, beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can of fried onions - spoon into rice crust.
  4. Bake covered at 350F (180C) F for 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered five minutes longer.
