Chicken & sweetcorn flan

  1. Roll out the pastry thinly and line the flan dish with it.
  2. Blind bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat the eggs and milk together.
  4. When the pastry case is ready line the bottom with the chicken then the sweetcorn.
  5. Carefully pour over the milk and egg mixture then carefully put it back in the oven.
  6. Cook until the pastry is crisp and the flan is set and golden brown.
