gulab jaman
- 250 grams sugar
- 500 ml water
- 300 grams full cream milk powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cooking oil
- first mix sugar and 500 ml water in a saucepan and bring on boil ... when done slows down the flame.. sugar syrup is ready
- now on another stove place frying pan and heat cooking for deep frying milk powder balls on medium flame
- now mix Doug ingredients but slowly add egg to make a stiff dough to make balls .
- if u add the egg at once it might make your Doug thin.
- grease your palms with some cooking oil so the dough does nt stick to your hands and make almost eight balls of equal size
- fry these balls untill they double their size and gets dark brown color .
- after frying put these balls directly to boiling sugar syrup ... boil them for three min and dish out with sugar syrup .
- serve hot
- once u make balls fry them quickly .
- can add almond slices to garish the dish
