Chocolate Chip Pancakes
- 1 1/4 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 x syrup or chocolate sauce, or jam
- Preheat griddle.
- Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in bowl.
- Mix together liquid ingredients and beat into dry mixture until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot griddle.
- Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look dry (1 minute).
- Turn and cook for additional 1 minute.
- Repeat steps.
- Serve with syrup, or chocolate sauce or jam.
