Fluffy & Creamy Yamaimo Salad

  1. Peel the yamaimo and cut into thick rectangular or round slices.
  2. Place the yamaimo in a microwave-proof bowl or plate covered with cling film.
  3. Heat for 8 minutes on 600 W. Mash roughly with a fork.
  4. Once you've made the mashed yamaimo, combine with the seasonings while it's still warm.
  5. Drain the oil from the tuna before adding it.
  6. Mix everything well.
  7. Then chill well in the fridge.
  8. Serve on a plate.
