Mexican Chicken Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter.
  2. Combine with chicken, 3 c. cheese, soup, lowfat sour cream and green chilies; mix well.
  3. Place half of tortillas in greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  4. Top with half of chicken mix.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Sprinkle remaining 1 c. cheese over top.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
  8. Serves 10 to 12 people.
  9. Enjoy.
