Best Pie Crust Recipe

  1. Mix all together to a crumb stage.
  2. Add in, mixed together: 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vinegar
  3. Combine the last 3 ingredients and add in to first mix, mix by hand.
  4. Pour onto floured board and add in more flour till you can handle easily.
  5. This makes sufficient dough for 4 two-crust 8 inch pies.
