Grilled Beef and Vegetable Rolls

  1. Arrange 2 slices each of the beef, with lengths slightly overlapping, to form 6 (6-inch) squares.
  2. Place 2 asparagus spears and 2 carrot strips along one edge of each square; roll tightly.
  3. Tie with green onion tops or string.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over beef rolls; cover.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  6. Drain; discard dressing.
  7. Place beef rolls on greased grill over medium coals.
  8. Grill 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
  9. Serve with remaining 1/2 cup dressing as a dipping sauce.
