  3. Add broccoli and water, then cover and cook.
  4. Stir in bell pepper, zucchini, and peas.
  5. then cover and cook about 2 min longer.
  6. Add the pork, thyme, salt, and pepper to the vegetables.
  7. Saute until the pork is browned, then stir in vinegar.
  8. Cook, stirring, until pork is cooked through, about 2 minute.
