Raw Orange Truffles
- 1/2 cups Loosely Packed Pitted Dates
- 1/2 cups Dried Apples
- 1/2 cups Raw Cashews Or Almonds
- 1/4 cups Whole Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Oat Bran
- 2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides a couple of times.
- The mixture will first come apart and then become finer, finally holding together in a clump of dough that will roll around in the processor.
- When the ingredients are well incorporated into a dough, roll into a truffle sized balls of your choice or flatten evenly into a 5x7 Pyrex dish and slice.
