Basic Garlic Parmesan Dressing

• 4 tablespoons salad vinegar
• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 23 cup grated reduced-fat parmesan cheese
• 2 garlic cloves
• sea salt
• fresh pepper

1. combine ingreedients in food processor, blend until smooth.
