Steak and Veggies

  1. Place steak in a gallon-size storage bag and add marinade.
  2. Let marinate for at least 1 hour or as long as overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high or preheat oven broiler.
  4. Grill or broil steak until done, about 5-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
  5. While steak is cooking, wash broccoli and carrots in cold water, place in a covered casserole and microwave 5 minutes or until just tender.
  6. If desired, season with salt and pepper and a bit of olive oil.
  7. Cut steak thinly against the grain.
  8. Serve steak and veggies with French bread on the side.
