Steak and Veggies
- 1 14 lbs london broil steak
- 1 cup bottled marinade
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 15 ounces loaf French bread
- Place steak in a gallon-size storage bag and add marinade.
- Let marinate for at least 1 hour or as long as overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium high or preheat oven broiler.
- Grill or broil steak until done, about 5-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- While steak is cooking, wash broccoli and carrots in cold water, place in a covered casserole and microwave 5 minutes or until just tender.
- If desired, season with salt and pepper and a bit of olive oil.
- Cut steak thinly against the grain.
- Serve steak and veggies with French bread on the side.
