Bean Dip

• 2 cloves Garlic
• 15 ounces, weight Black Beans, Drained
• 1/4 cups Salsa
• 13 cups Sour Cream Or Yoghurt Or Cream Cheese
• 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste

1. Process all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
