Hearty Round Steak Dinner

• 1 boneless beef round steak (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick, well trimmed
• 1/4 cup A.1. Thick & Hearty Sauce
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
• 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 2 small cloves garlic, minced
• 1 lb. new potatoes, quartered
• 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend

1. Cut steak into 6 pieces; place in single layer in large baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
2. Mix steak sauce, dressing, onions and garlic; pour over meat.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
4. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Add potatoes and mushrooms to ingredients in baking dish; cover.
5. Bake 1 hour or until meat is done (160 degrees F) and potatoes are tender, adding frozen vegetable blend to the baking dish for the last 15 min.
