Seafood & Potato Chowder

  1. Saute onions in butter or margarine until soft.
  2. Add potatoes & mushrooms.
  3. Turn heat to low and add flour.
  4. Stir until absorbed.
  5. Add seafood with juices, chicken broth or stock, and half-and-half.
  6. Bring up to almost boiling, stirring frequently.
  7. Do not boil.
  8. Add lemon pepper and stir.
  9. Enjoy!
