Bacon Alfredo with Chicken

  2. Chop bacon and fry.
  3. Set bacon and 2 tablespoons drippings aside, separately.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon bacon fat back to the pan and add chicken and garlic.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes and set chicken aside.
  7. If there is extra liquid in pan, reduce until mostly gone.

  9. Whisk flour into chicken broth.
  10. 4.
  11. Add wine, chicken broth/flour and remaining 1 tablespoon bacon fat to pan.
  12. Bring to a boil.
  13. 5.
  14. Add cream and cheese.
  15. Stir until melted.
  16. 6.
  17. Add bacon and chicken back to pan.
  18. Serve with pasta.
