low calorie soy sauce and apricot pork chop hobos

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. mix all ingredients except for pork and veggies in mixing bowl
  3. set a pork chop on each of aluminum squares
  4. pour some mixture on top of each pork chop and then top with veggies and onion
  5. bring together sides and seal like a hobo sack
  6. place hobos on baking sheet
  7. bake for 30 minutes or until no longer pink inside

pork chops, soy sauce, apricot perserves, onion, season, garlic, vegetable mix, aluminum foil
