Spaghetti and Meatballs

  1. Combine pork, potato and green onions for meatballs.
  2. Season with 1-1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp iodized rock salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Form each tablespoon of mixture into balls.
  5. Fry in oil until golden brown.
  6. Set aside.
  7. In a saucepan, simmer meatballs in Spaghetti Sauce for about 5 minutes.
  8. Pour over cooked Spaghetti.
  9. Top with grated cheese if desired.
