Spaghetti and Meatballs
- 175 g spaghetti, cooked
- 390 g spaghetti sauce
- 150 g ground pork
- 1 medium potato, grated
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- Combine pork, potato and green onions for meatballs.
- Season with 1-1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp iodized rock salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Form each tablespoon of mixture into balls.
- Fry in oil until golden brown.
- Set aside.
- In a saucepan, simmer meatballs in Spaghetti Sauce for about 5 minutes.
- Pour over cooked Spaghetti.
- Top with grated cheese if desired.
