Creamy Curry Dip

• DIP:
• 1/2 cup each Miracle Whip Original Spread & sour cream Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1 can (8 oz/227 g) crushed pineapple
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 2 tsp. curry powder
• SKEWERS:
• 1 Tbsp. oil
• 1 tsp. curry powder
• 1/2 tsp. cumin
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut in cubes
• 1 large red apple, cubed

1. STIR dip ingredients together.
2. Chill.
3. HEAT oil, curry powder and cumin in large frypan.
4. ADD chicken & apple; stir-fry until chicken is cooked & apple is tender, about 5 minutes.
5. PLACE chicken & apple on toothpicks.
