Heath Bar Dessert Recipe
- 1 pkg. Lorna Doone Cookies
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 quart. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 lg. carton Cold Whip
- 3-4 Heath bars
- Heat butter and mix with crushed Lorna Doone cookies.
- Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Beat together the two pkgs.
- of vanilla instant pudding and lowfat milk.
- Add in the ice cream.
- Beat well.
- Pour over crumbs.
- Chill.
- Before serving, add in one carton Cold Whip and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
