Chicken Supreme Casserole Recipe
- 8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 8 slices dry beef
- 8 slices bacon, lightly fried and liquid removed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 carton lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. cooking sherry (optional)
- Wrap each piece of chicken with a piece of dry beef, then a piece of bacon and secure with toothpick.
- Combine soup, lowfat sour cream and sherry.
- Pour over wrapped chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hrs.
