Salmon With Fruit Relish

  1. Heat a pan on medium-high.
  2. Add pineapple; cook until it begins to brown.
  3. Remove from pan, toss with peppers and salt.
  4. Brush fish with olive oil and cook over medium-high until done, 4-5 minutes per side, turning once.
  5. Serve with warm pineapple relish.
