West Virginia Hound

• 2 ounces Smooth Ambler Exceptional White Whiskey
• 3/4 ounces simple syrup
• 2 cucumber slices
• small handful of fresh cilantro

1. Muddle all ingredients well in a glass.
2. Add mixture to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with cilantro leaf and cucumber slice.
