Crocpot Porcpine Meatballs
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 34 cup rice
- 1 -2 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 -2 teaspoon steak spice
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 3 (284 ml) cans tomato soup
- Blend all ingredients (except the water and soup) together in a large bowl.
- Form round balls, around 1" in size.
- Or use a 1 ounce cookie scoop.
- Place each meatball into the bottom of the crock pot.
- When finished rolling the meatballs, combine the water and soup together and stir.
- Once the mixture is blended, pur over top of the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cook on High for 3 & 1/2 hours or on Low for 7 hours.
- (I love to use Presidents Choice Tomato Soup with Parmesan and basil.
