Spicy White Wine Chicken Pasta Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, add olive oil, garlic, and bell peppers(if frozen, rinse with water first to dethaw).
  2. Saute for 5-6 minutes on medium to low heat.
  3. Add red pepper flakes, oregano, and white wine.
  4. Bring to simmer and turn heat to low.
  5. Add chicken bullion cube stirring till dissolves.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes then stir in Parmesan.
  7. Toss with with pasta and shrimp or chicken.
  8. Enjoy!
