Spicy White Wine Chicken Pasta Sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 lg. garlic cloves
- 1 cup red, green, yellow bell pepper (frozen is easiest!)
- 1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cube chicken bullion
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- In a large skillet, add olive oil, garlic, and bell peppers(if frozen, rinse with water first to dethaw).
- Saute for 5-6 minutes on medium to low heat.
- Add red pepper flakes, oregano, and white wine.
- Bring to simmer and turn heat to low.
- Add chicken bullion cube stirring till dissolves.
- Simmer for 5 minutes then stir in Parmesan.
- Toss with with pasta and shrimp or chicken.
- Enjoy!
