Lois' Chicken Casserole With Sour Cream Recipe

  1. Place chicken cutlets in oblong casserole, sprinkle generously with garlic salt.
  2. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream and sherry and pour over chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs mixed with parsley.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs.
