Broccoli Bacon Salad Recipe

• 2 lg. stalks broccoli, or possibly use 1/2 cauliflower
• 1 red onion
• 1 pound bacon

1. Chop broccoli and cauliflower into small pcs.
2. Chop onion, add in to vegetables.
3. Cook bacon and crumble, add in to vegetables.
4. Toss with dressing, chill before serving.
