Top Hat Triple Layer Bars

  1. Combine crumbs and melted butter; press parchment paper lined 13x9 baking pan.
  2. Top evenly with coconut, then sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter.
  5. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.
  6. Cool 30 minutes; chill.
  7. Cut into bars.
