Salsafied Tuna Patties
- 3 cans Tuna In Water, Drained (5 Oz Cans)
- 1/2 cups Chunky Salsa
- 13 cups Cornmeal
- 1 whole Egg
- 1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl make sure to mix well.
- 2) Form the mixture into patties (I got 12 patties out of the 3 cans).
- 3) Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Make sure it is completely hot before liberally spraying your pan with cooking spray.
- Place patties into the hot pan and cook until golden and slightly crispy (about 1 minute).
- Flip and cook on other side.
- 4) Continue with rest of patties.
- 5) Serve on top of a salad, on a sandwich, or however your heart desires.
- Side Note: Make sure to drain the tuna super well.
- When forming the patties, some more juice may come out.
- Just squeeze it out and continue forming the patties.
