Monkey Bread Recipe

  1. Quarter bread loaf lengthwise, then cut each quarter into 8 cubes to give you 32 pcs.
  2. In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, and brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
  3. Dip each cube into a small bowl with butter, then roll in the pudding mix and layer pcs into a greased 6 c. ring mold.
  4. Drizzle top with any remaining butter and sprinkle with remaining pudding mix.
  5. Cover, let raise in a hot place till nearly doubled in size, 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or possibly overnight.
  6. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till done.
  8. Let stand in pan 2 min before inverting onto rack to cold.
  9. Serve hot.
