Crockpot pulled pork chili
- 4 lb pork roast-excess fat trimmed
- 3 garlic cloves,peeled
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 3 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tsp cayenne powder
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 yellow onions diced
- 1 green pepper,diced
- 2 small red peppers,diced
- 2 small yellow pepper,diced
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes do not drain
- 1 can tomatoes with green chiles do not drain
- Add roast to crockpot,press knife in the spots and push garlic into the roast
- Pour hot sauce over meat and sprinkle with all seasonings.
- Place veggies and tomatoes ontop of roast and seasonings.
- Cover and cook low 8-10hours
- Shred pork when done cooking with two forks and remove bone
