Pizza Pull - Apart Bread

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with dough hook.
  2. Stir together warm water, sugar,& yeast.Let stand 5 min.until mixture is foamy.
  3. Add olive oil, basil, salt & garlic powder.
  4. Beat on low speed until combined.
  5. Gradually add flour, beating unti soft dough forms .
  6. Increase speed to medium.
  7. 3 to4 min.
  8. Until dough is soft.
  9. & elsstic.
  10. Place dough in lightly greased bowl turning to grease top.
  11. Loosely cover & let rise in warm place.
  12. (85) for 1 hour.
  13. Until doubled in size.
  14. On lightly floured surface.
  15. Roll dough into an 18x12" retangle.
  16. Brush sause over dough.
  17. Sprinkle with cheese and top with pepperoni.
  18. Cut retangle into 5 equal strips .
  19. Stack strips one on top of the other.
  20. Then cut into 4 " squares.
  21. Spray a 9x5 " loaf pan with cooking spray.
  22. Stack squares cut side up in pan.
  23. Loosely cover & let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  24. Prehat oven to 350.
  25. Uncover & bake for 30-40 min.or until golden brown.
  26. Let cool in pan 5 min.
  27. Remove from pan.
  28. Serve warm.
