Warm Mandarin Chicken Salad

  1. Mix 1 Tbsp.
  2. dressing and soy sauce; brush onto chicken.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min.
  4. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  5. Grill chicken 10 to 12 min.
  6. or until done (170 degrees F), turning after 6 min.
  7. Cut into thin slices.
  8. Toss lettuce with tomatoes, oranges and remaining dressing; place on 2 plates.
  9. Top with chicken and cheese.
