Warm Mandarin Chicken Salad
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing, divided
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb./225 g)
- 4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup drained canned mandarin oranges
- 75 g (1/4 of 300-g pkg.) Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Mix 1 Tbsp.
- dressing and soy sauce; brush onto chicken.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Grill chicken 10 to 12 min.
- or until done (170 degrees F), turning after 6 min.
- Cut into thin slices.
- Toss lettuce with tomatoes, oranges and remaining dressing; place on 2 plates.
- Top with chicken and cheese.
