My Favorite Chocolate Cupcakes
- 100 grams Unsalted butter
- 50 grams Granulated sugar
- 40 grams Soft light brown sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 1/2 Egg (Medium)
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 40 grams Chocolate chips
- 120 grams Cake flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 heaping teaspoon Baking powder
- Prep Bring the butter, eggs and milk to room temperature.
- Sift the dry ingredients together.
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Put the butter into a bowl and cream with a whisk.
- Add the soft light brown sugar, granulated sugar and salt, and mix until white.
- Add the beaten eggs little by little, and mix well with each addition.
- Add the milk little by little and mix well.
- Sift in the "A" dry ingredients in 2 batches, and fold it in gently with a rubber spatula.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into the molds using a spoon, and bake for 25 minutes at 180C.
- Just weigh the ingredients and mix.
- This is a simple and easy recipe using only 1 bowl.
- The texture is fluffy and moist, and not dry when it's baked.
- They are crispy outside and fluffy inside just after baking!
- They become more moist and taste even better the next day.
