My Favorite Chocolate Cupcakes

  1. Prep Bring the butter, eggs and milk to room temperature.
  2. Sift the dry ingredients together.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  4. Put the butter into a bowl and cream with a whisk.
  5. Add the soft light brown sugar, granulated sugar and salt, and mix until white.
  6. Add the beaten eggs little by little, and mix well with each addition.
  7. Add the milk little by little and mix well.
  8. Sift in the "A" dry ingredients in 2 batches, and fold it in gently with a rubber spatula.
  9. Add the chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.
  10. Pour the batter into the molds using a spoon, and bake for 25 minutes at 180C.
  11. Just weigh the ingredients and mix.
  12. This is a simple and easy recipe using only 1 bowl.
  13. The texture is fluffy and moist, and not dry when it's baked.
  14. They are crispy outside and fluffy inside just after baking!
  15. They become more moist and taste even better the next day.
