A Touch of Greek Dip

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, cottage cheese, feta cheese, oregano, lemon peel and pepper; cover and process until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a small bowl.
  3. Serve with vegetables.
  4. Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
