Simple! Stewed Bell Peppers
- 4 Green bell peppers
- 100 ml Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 200 ml Water
- 1 Bonito flakes
- Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Boil the noodle dipping sauce and water in pot.
- Parboil the bell peppers in the pot, remove from the heat, and let them cool in the pot.
- Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with bonito flakes, and serve.
