Simple! Stewed Bell Peppers

  1. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. Boil the noodle dipping sauce and water in pot.
  3. Parboil the bell peppers in the pot, remove from the heat, and let them cool in the pot.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with bonito flakes, and serve.
