DI GIORNO Easy Chicken & Pesto Tortelloni
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Pesto Tortelloni
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup DI GIORNO Basil Pesto Sauce
- Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.
- Add peppers to chicken in skillet; cook and stir 1 min.
- Stir in pesto sauce; cook 1 min.
- or until heated through.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add chicken mixture; mix lightly.
