Grilled Grapefruit (Australia)
- 2 each grapefruit
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
- 2 each cherries glace
- Cut grapefruit in half, discard center core and pips.
- Loosen pulp from pith and cut pulp into segments.
- Spread top of each grapefruit with butter, sugar and spice.
- Grill* 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Garnish with half cherries
