Fruit and Almond Muesli
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
- 1 cup of diced dried fruit (I like a mixture)
- plain yogurt
- milk (optional)
- honey
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the oats and almonds and spread them on a cookie sheet.
- Spray with butter spray and toss gently.
- Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Then turn off oven and let the oats and almonds remain in oven for 30 minutes.
- When completely cool, mix in the diced fruit.
- Store in an airtight container.
- To serve, place desired amount of muesli in a cereal bowl and mix with yogurt and honey.
- If a thinner mixture is desired, mix with a little milk.
