Zippity Do Crock Pot Stew

• 1 12 lbs stewing beef
• 2 -3 potatoes
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
• 1 cup red wine
• 1 bay leaf
• 3 sprigs fresh parsley
• 12 teaspoon thyme
• 2 -3 carrots, cut into chunks

1. Put all ingredients in crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
