Chinese cabbage and bacon in oyster sauce
- 2 cup of ruply cut Chinese cabbage
- 1 a pint of pepper
- 3 stripes of bacon ruply cut
- 1/2 slice of tomato
- 1 tsp spoon of chopped garlic
- 1 tsp spoon of chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp spoon of sugar
- 1/2 tsp spoon of cooking wine
- Cut cabbage and bacon 1 Inc long heat the pan add oil have to be in high temperature then in garlic and bacon fry till bacon cook add cabbages and slide tomatoes add pepper and others ingredients till vegetables cooked served over rice or eggs noodle
