South African Avocado Ritz

  1. Wash and devein the pre-cooked shrimp/prawns.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, ketchup, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour sauce over the shrimp/prawns and mix together.
  4. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit (keep the skins on).
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice on the flesh to prevent browning; season with salt.
  6. Spoon the seafood mixture onto the avocado halves and serve.
