Meat Cakes In Mushroom Sauce Recipe

• 1 pound sausage
• 2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
• 3 Large eggs

1. Combine lowfat milk and soup in large skillet, heat.
2. Combine all ingredients except mushroom sauce in large mixing bowl in order listed.
3. Mix well.
4. Pack into well greased 2 inch muffin pans.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till done.
6. Place meatcakes in sauce, cover skillet tightly and heat about 8 min.
