Meat Cakes In Mushroom Sauce Recipe
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 3 Large eggs
- Combine lowfat milk and soup in large skillet, heat.
- Combine all ingredients except mushroom sauce in large mixing bowl in order listed.
- Mix well.
- Pack into well greased 2 inch muffin pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till done.
- Place meatcakes in sauce, cover skillet tightly and heat about 8 min.
