Cucumber Cole Slaw Recipe

• 1 sm. head cabbage
• 1 cucumber
• 2 tbsp. vinegar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• Dash pepper
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon dill weed

1. Refrigerateminced cabbage and cucumber with vinegar and salt.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and add in to first mix.
3. Chill.
