Seafood Pasta

  1. In small sauce pan pour quart of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 stick of butter.
  2. As butter melts slowly put in grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until butter and cheese are melted.
  3. Put on low medium heat for about 5 minutes then turn off heat.
  4. Cook pasta noodles as normal, drain water and put in a deep bowl.
  5. In a frying pan melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and 2 tablespoons of white wine then add chopped garlic and onions and saute.
  6. Then chop crab and lobster meat into cubes and add to frying pan.
  7. Cook for about 5 minutes, add pasta to frying pan and pour Alfredo sauce mixture in at the same time.
  8. Keep on medium heat for 4 more minutes.
  9. Perfect meal for 2!
  10. or double the recipe for more.
